First sight of tsunami seen in Alaska, with 1 foot rise in sea level

From CNN's Karina Tsui and CNN Meteorologist Brandon Miller A tidal rise of 1 foot was observed by the volcanic island of Amchitka, Alaska, at around 5:14 p.m. Pacific Time — what meteorologists say is the “highest recorded water level above the tide level” from the tsunami thus far.​
