Specialist admitted that at the beginning of the epidemic have been admitted some "institutional failures": was in deficit of the required antiviral drugs and medical equipment, as well as staff shortage and low efficiency of their work. In addition, patients received an intensive care unit with a delay.
However, said Alexander Dzyadzko, Ming intensivists have gained valuable experience working with patients with severe pneumonia who have made additional purchases of equipment, learned how to optimize ventilation.
