Aguascalientes .- The State Health Institute of Aguascalientes (ISEA) confirmed that the number of deaths in the state for human influenza rose to 23 after two deaths were recorded over the past few days.

In the latest report, published today by the department, it was reported that a minor 12 years of age, passed away on Monday, 2 November, because influenza virus A (H1N1).

The lowest was from the city of Aguascalientes and was hospitalized in the Hospital Miguel Hidalgo, but could not resist the disease.

The other case was recorded on Sunday 31 October, in the Third Millennium hospital in this city, where he died a man of 44 years of age.

The ISEA stated that since the beginning of the epidemiological alert, in April, there have been 23 confirmed deaths from the human influenza virus.

So far, 631 people in the state have contracted influenza A (H1N1) and 43 patients receive care in different hospitals of Aguascalientes.
