I believe the total in media and government reports is much closer to 200 deaths than 100 (and the vast majority have been in the past 10 days).

I'm helping Shiloh compile a tally for Argentina. I made it through all the posts related to the Buenos Aires Province, including the Federal Capital. I have a preliminary count of 99 deaths and possibly 10 percent are duplicates or should stay only on a suspected deaths list. I still need to cross check with other sources before it gets posted, but my guess is similar to your estimate. I think the actual deaths could be well over 200 and the number of deaths in the other provinces is growing fast.

WHO always trails by quite a bit. The official number of confirmed deaths in Argentina as of Saturday (which also trails local reports), now has the deaths up to 94 (they have begun to acknowledge the large number of deaths in adjacent Santa Fe province, which is now at 26 - it was at 2 a few days ago).

The 159 is a bit lagging becasue the numbers used for Buenos Aires is the numbers put out by the province, which lists them by location. The current number of Buenos Aires is 64 in the lagging national numbers, and 48 are reported by Buenos Aires province (the 48 are mapped out in the Metro area).

Then what would you say the "real" number is for the country?
