    Alicen B. Spaulding is a doctoral candidate in Epidemiology at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, Division of Epidemiology and Community Health in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a former program evaluation analyst at MDH in St. Paul, Minnesota. Deborah Radi is Education, Exercises, and Planning Unit Supervisor of the Office of Emergency Preparedness; Ruth Lynfield is State Epidemiologist; Michelle Larson is Deputy Director of Statewide Health Improvement Initiatives; Craig Acomb is Assistant Commissioner; and Aaron DeVries is Medical Director, Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Prevention, and Control Division; all with MDH in St. Paul.
