The chickens of Mr. Nguyen Van Xuan's family (village 7, Song Khoai commune, Quang Yen town) have 2,000 chickens and are 7 weeks old. Chicken showed signs of not eating, weakening and gradually died from December 15, to the time of destruction on December 18, there were only over 900 chickens.
At the time of destruction, Mr. Nguyen Van Xuan could not prove the origin of the chicken, as well as the quarantine and vaccination papers. Along with the destruction of chickens, Quang Yen town announced the H5N6 avian flu outbreak in the household of Mr. Nguyen Van Xuan, disinfected and disinfected all epidemic areas and bordering areas, placed warning signs at the outbreaks in and out, strictly control poultry trading, transporting and slaughtering activities.
