    The person is between 20 and 30 years old and died in a Seattle hospital on Tuesday, said Lauri Jones, community health director for Okanogan County Public Health.

    Jones said the person who died Tuesday may have had a minor underlying health condition but officials were still confirming that with the person?s doctor.

    A laboratory confirmed that that person had H1N1 flu in mid-December. The person had been in a hospital setting since that time.
