    OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) ? The Oklahoma State Department of Health reports two more people have been hospitalized due to the flu.

    The department says that 14 people have now been hospitalized as a result of the illness this season, which began Sept. 28...

      • 288 (27.5%) of the 1,046 influenza tests performed by sentinel laboratories were positive for influenza. 274 (95%) of the positives indicated infection with influenza A, and 14 (5%) of the positives indicated infection with influenza B.
      • Seven (64%) of the 11 respiratory specimens tested for influenza by PCR at the OSDH Public Health Laboratory were positive for influenza A H3.
      • 41 (10.5%) of the 391 RSV tests performed by sentinel laboratories were positive.

        • The percentage of outpatient visits statewide meeting the criteria for ILI1 was 6.7% (134/2,001).
        • 269 (24.5%) of the 1,099 influenza tests performed by sentinel laboratories were positive for influenza. 241 (90%) of the positives indicated infection with influenza A, and 28 (10%) of the positives indicated infection with influenza B.
        • 12 (52%) of the 23 respiratory specimens tested for influenza by PCR at the OSDH Public Health Laboratory were positive for influenza A H3.
        • 75 (17.3%) of the 433 RSV tests performed by sentinel laboratories were positive.

            • The percentage of outpatient visits statewide meeting the criteria for ILI1 was 5.9% (192/3,263).
            • 230 (22.1%) of the 1,042 influenza tests performed by sentinel laboratories were positive for influenza. 224 (97%) of the positives indicated infection with influenza A, and 6 (3%) of the positives indicated infection with influenza B.
            • 17 (71%) of the 24 respiratory specimens tested for influenza by PCR at the OSDH Public Health Laboratory were positive for influenza. Sixteen of the positive specimens indicated infection with influenza A H3, and one of the positive specimens indicated infection with influenza B.
