? Reports of percent of patient visits for influenza-like illness (ILI) from ILINet providers was 1.26%, which was below the regional baseline of 2.0%.
? The number of patients admitted to the hospital with laboratory-confirmed influenza or hospitalized patients newly diagnosed with laboratory-confirmed influenza was 16, a 60% increase over last week.
? There were no influenza-associated pediatric deaths reported this week.

* Influenza-like-illness visits are at 1.3% of all weekly visits, which is below the Mid-Atlantic and national baselines.
* Approximately 1% of all specimens submitted for influenza testing were positive for influenza; seven specimens were positive for Flu A and five specimens were positive for Flu B. In addition, 13% of specimens tested were positive for RSV. Other respiratory viruses are circulating: rhinovirus, parainfluenza and adenovirus.
