TRENTON — A 41-year-old Monroe resident died last Sunday at Oakwood Southshore Medical Center of complications from the flu, family members confirmed.
Christopher Wright had not been vaccinated, according to his stepsister, Jami Waselenchuk.
“We want everyone to get that shot,” she said Friday.
His mother, Diane Bilicic, said Wright was working his route as a postal carrier just days before he fell ill.
“He was a healthy as could be,” she said.
