    Current Influenza Activity:
    One jurisdiction reported a confirmed influenza case for the week of October 27 ? November 2, 2013; however, this case was acquired out of state.

    Influenza Types Confirmed by MTPHL and Partners:
    68 tested in week 44; 1 positive for 2009 H1N1

    Influenza Hospitalizations:
    As of November 2, 2013, no influenza-associated hospitalizations have been reported.
    Season to date, there have been no deaths attributed to influenza.

    Current Influenza Activity: Two jurisdictions reported a total of ten confirmed influenza cases for the week of November 10–16, 2013. To date, there has been one hospitalization and zero deaths attributed to influenza.

The majority of influenza activity reported during MMWR Week 49 was from western regions of the state. To date, there have been six hospitalizations and zero deaths attributed to influenza.

              Influenza activity increased across the state during the week of December 15?21 2013, with 24 jurisdictions reporting a total of 251 cases.
