    SPRINGFIELD -- Central Illinois has its first probable case of swine flu.

    The Illinois Department of Public Health says the state now has three confirmed and 85 probable cases of the new flu strain. One of those probable cases is in Sangamon County.

    Until now, the virus has been reported only in northern Illinois. More than half the cases are in Chicago and its suburbs.

    Health officials in Illinois say the state has enough flu drugs to treat more than one million people.

    Illinois has switched to a less aggressive testing standard as the number of swine flu cases continues to grow. The state now recommends testing on hospitalized patients with severe symptoms in order to use
