Two bird flocks tests positive for avian flu in Lancaster, York Counties

Last week, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture announced positive avian flu test results in a backyard bird flock in Lancaster County, and in a commercial turkey flock in York County.
The positive flock in Lancaster County was located in East Lampeter Township, and the turkey flock in York County was located in Windsor Township.
The PDA has placed a surveillance zone around the Lancaster County site, along with a surveillance zone and control area around the York County site...
