    Re: Pennsylvania: Tracking Maps

The map could use some updating. The following is a transcription from an automated message that was forwarded to me from the parent of a school age child. Please note the message does not identify the sender. I will try to get a confirmation from the area school board and the Health Department on Monday. The area schools commonly use an automated messaging system to notify parents of scheduled school closings, when a student is absentee, snow days and other priority information. It appears that as of right now all area schools will continue to operate.

Several audible "Tick" sounds occur and there is a slight pause before the verbal part of the message begins.

"This message is to advise you that on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009 that the Coatesville (PA) Area School District was notified by the Chester County Health Department that an unconfirmed case of H1N1 Swine Flu was reported for a student in the school district. Today we were notified by the Health Department that the case has been confirmed. The student has completed the incubation and has been cleared to return to school next week. "
