Investigation continues into death at Citgo East refinery
CORPUS CHRISTI - A CITGO company employee was found unconscious by a fellow employee in one of the operating units at the CITGO Corpus Christi East Plant, at approximately 9:00 pm on January 12, 2015.
The link in the post above isn't working, but I don't remember any new information being in that article. While looking for updates, I found that mysterious deaths at refineries have happened before:

For refinery dockworker Jesus Frias, 45, the killer was aplastic anemia, a rare and painful blood disease.
And it was heart failure that took the life of Lenzie Butler, a 49-year-old refinery operator....
