Emergence of a New Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease: 26 Cases of the Human Version of Mad-Cow Disease, Days After a COVID-19 Injection

Abstract


Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, the formerly rare but universally fatal prion disease in humans, normally progresses over several decades before it leads to death. In the Appendix to this paper, we highlight the presence of a prion region in the spike protein of the original SARS-CoV-2, and in all the “vaccine” variants built from the Wuhan virus. The prion region in the spike of SARS-CoV-2 has a density of mutations eight times greater than that of the rest of the spike, and, yet, strangely that entire prion region disappears completely in the Omicron variant. In the main body of our text, we present 26 cases of Creuzfeldt-Jacob Disease, all diagnosed in 2021 with the first symptoms appearing within an average of 11.38 days after a Pfizer, Moderna, or AstraZeneca COVID-19 injection. Because the causal progression, the etiopathogenesis, of these atypical and new cases of human prion disease — cases of what is apparently a totally new form of rapidly developing Creuzfeldt-Jacob Disease — we focus on the chronology of the symptomatic development. We consider it from an anamnestic point of view — one in which we compare the typical development of pre-COVID cases of Creuzfeldt-Jacob Disease to the extremely accelerated development of similar symptoms in the 26 cases under examination. By such an approach, we hope to work out the etiopathogenesis critical to understanding this new and much more rapidly developing human prion disease. By recalling the sequential pathway of that the formerly subacute and slowly developing disease followed in the past, and by comparing it with this new, extremely acute, rapidly developing prion disease — one following closely after one or more of the COVID-19 injections — we believe it is correct to infer that the injections caused the disease in these 26 cases. If so, they have probably also caused a many other cases that have gone undiagnosed because of their rapid progression to death. By late 2021, 20 had died within 4.76 months of the offending injection. Of those, 8 died suddenly within 2.5 months confirming the rapid progression of this accelerated form of Creuzfeldt-Jacob Disease. By June 2022, 5 more patients had died, and at the time of this current writing, only 1 remains still alive.

Large Study’s Disturbing Results: Questionable Bivalent Booster Performance--the Greater the Previous mRNA Doses the Greater the Risk for Infection

Cleveland Clinic researchers, led by physician and infectious disease specialist Dr. Nabin K Shrestha, conducted a large retrospective cohort study tapping into robust data associated with the Cleveland Clinic Health System (CCHS) involving 51,977 study subjects and a total of 10,804 employees that were bivalent vaccine boosted. How effective were these vaccines in stopping COVID-19? 89% of those (9595) were vaccinated with BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech), and the remaining 1,178 with mRNA-1273 (Moderna). By the 13^th week of this study, 2542 employees (5%) contracted COVID-19. The observational study involving CCHS employees involved evaluation of those employees who received the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine released September 2022. The investigators embraced a methodology treating bivalent vaccination as a time-dependent covariate, allowing for determining vaccine effectiveness in real time. With a majority of SARS-CoV-2 cases in Ohio involving BA.4 and BA.5 Omicron sub-variants during the first 10 weeks of the study (Ohio Department of Health data), by December, the most active sub-variants become BQ.1, BQ.1.1, and BF.7 lineages. The CCHS investigators conducted a range of statistical analyses, from a Simon-Makuch hazard plot comparing the cumulative incidence of COVID-19 in the bivalent vaccinated and non-vaccinated states (bivalent vaccination treated as a time-dependent covariate), as well as multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression models fitted to evaluate the association of various study variables with time to COVID-19 (Bivalent vaccination included as a time-dependent covariate). Two models were constructed, including a primary model (all study subjects) and secondary model (persons with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection of vaccination). All analyses were crunched in the survival package and R version 4.2.2. The study authors found that the current bivalent vaccines were only about 30% effective overall in protecting against SARS-CoV-2 infection when the Omicron BA.4/BA.5 lineages were predominantly in circulation in Ohio. Furthermore, the data reveals the greater number of mRNA doses, the greater the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Unfortunately, this isn’t a great look.

Vaccinated versus not vaccinated mortality data

In Nov 2022 we (Professor Fenon and team) made a formal complaint to the Statistic Regulator about the multiple anomalies in the ONS mortality by vaccination status reports. On 20 Jan 2023 they final responded and they agreed with our major concern that 1) the ONS data was based on a biased sample that under-represented the proportion of unvaccinated in England; and 2) the ONS data could not be used to make any assertions about vaccine efficacy or safety.

Israeli Ministry of Health review of data for adverse reactions to mRNA (with English subtitles)

A recording of a meeting which took place on June 8th 2022 between Prof. Matti Berkovitch's research team and representatives of the Israeli Ministry of Health (IMoH).

The research team was commissioned to analyze data from a Covid 19 vaccine safety reporting system, which was launched late December 2021 after the IMoH had realized its original system used throughout 2020 is dysfunctional. In the meeting, the team shared its findings from analyzing 6-month data from late December 2021 to the end of May 2022.

The team identified previously unknown adverse reactions related to the vaccine, including neurological, menstrual, bone-muscle, and digestive disorders. It has also identified high rates of long lasting effects for adverse reactions which were previously thought to have only short-term effects.

Moreover, due to a "rechallenge" phenomenon, i.e. the fact that in a significant portion of the reports the adverse reactions reoccurred or intensified with additional vaccine doses, the research team claimed to have strong evidence that these adverse reactions are causally linked to the vaccine.

The FAA has very quietly tacitly admitted that the EKGs of pilots are no longer normal. We should be concerned. Very concerned.

After the vaccine rolled out, the FAA secretly widened the EKG parameter range for pilots so they wouldn't be grounded. It looks like the vax gave at least 50M Americans heart damage.

The PR (a measure of heart function) used to be in the range of .12 to .2.

It is now: .12 to .3 and potentially even higher.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought many challenges that the health and medical field have never encountered. Although the initial response was led by a sense of urgency and crisis management, the State Surgeon General believes it is critical that as public health professionals, responses are adapted to the present to chart a future guided by data.

The State Surgeon General is notifying the health care sector and public of a substantial increase in Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reports from Florida after the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

In Florida alone, there was a 1,700% increase in VAERS reports after the release of the COVID-19 vaccine, compared to an increase of 400% in overall vaccine administration for the same time period (Figure 1).

The reporting of life-threatening conditions increased over 4,400%. This is a novel increase and was not seen during the 2009 H1N1 vaccination campaign. There is a need for additional unbiased research to better understand the COVID-19 vaccines' short- and long-term effects.

The findings in Florida are consistent with various studies that continue to uncover such risks. To further evaluate this, the Surgeon General wrote a letter to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) illustrating the risk factors associated with the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and emphasizing the need for additional transparency.

According to a study, Fraiman J et al, Vaccine. 2022, mRNA COVID-19 vaccines were associated with an excess risk of serious adverse events, including coagulation disorders, acute cardiac injuries, Bell’s palsy, and encephalitis. This risk was 1 in 550 individuals, which is much higher than other vaccines.

A second study, Sun CLF et al, Sci Rep. 2022, found increased acute cardiac arrests and other acute cardiac events following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.

Additionally, Dag Berild J et al, JAMA Netw Open. 2022, assessed the risk of thromboembolic and thrombocytopenic events related to COVID-19 vaccines and found preliminary evidence of increased risk of both coronary disease and cardiovascular disease.

While the CDC has identified safety signals for stroke among individuals 65 and older following the bivalent booster administration, there is a need for additional assessments and research regarding safety of all mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.

To support transparency, the State of Florida reminds health care providers to accurately communicate the risks and benefits of all clinical interventions to their patients, including those associated with the COVID-19 vaccine as additional risks continue to be identified and disclosed to the public.

A study conducted at Swiss level by the CHUV confirms this: chronic urticaria is one of the side effects caused in some people by the third dose of vaccine against Covid-19. This pathology creates severe itching and swelling.

For the past year, consultations for hives have been frequent in the immunology and allergy department of the Vaud University Hospital Center (CHUV).

A patient saw the appearance of the first signs of the pathology a few days after receiving a booster dose of the vaccine against Covid-19. She treats her hives, which now return regularly, with cortisone and antihistamines.

"When I have seizures, I take pictures," she explains, showing images of her legs crippled with red patches. “The sensation is that of a burn,” she describes.

Urticaria is chronic when it persists for more than six weeks. "I really never had an allergy in the past. At first, it was irritation everywhere, an urge to scratch which became stronger and stronger", testifies a patient, also treated for hives chronic appeared after the "booster".

Women more affected

These cases are far from isolated. A study carried out across Switzerland by the CHUV confirms the links between the booster dose and the appearance of urticaria. If in Switzerland 100,000 people have received the third dose of the vaccine against Covid-19, the study reveals that 25 of them will develop chronic urticaria.

These side effects tend to affect people over the age of 40, as well as a majority of women, at a rate of 60%.

"The current hypothesis is that some people are predisposed to chronic urticaria, and when the immune response is stimulated through a third dose of vaccine, the latter triggers it", explains Yannick Muller, head of the pole of allergology at the CHUV.

Itching and swelling

For its part, Swissmedic claims to take these results into account: "If we note, from the adverse effects announced, that there are new signals which are not known in the clinical studies of the producing companies, we integrate these signals into the information for patients and professionals. We have done this for the signals "urticaria" and "myocarditis"", indicates the authority for authorization and monitoring of therapeutic products.

Chronic urticaria is not dangerous for health, but the disease has a direct impact on the quality of life, with severe itching and swelling of certain parts of the body.
