Hiring and acquisitions made under this rule shall be used exclusively for the purposes established herein, under responsibility, the precise legal provision.
The balances of resources resulting from the acquisition of acquired assets may be used within emergency declaration specified in Article 1 of this Supreme Decree , to acquire goods of the same list, provided they have not been able to complete the required amounts .

After the declaration of health emergency, the intervening entities established in this standard shall inform about the activities and resources spent and the results achieved within the framework of the provisions of Articles 24 et seq of Legislative Decree No. 1156.
