Two schools suspended classes for cases of influenza A-H1N1

Two educational units last week suspended classes in the presence of cases of influenza A-H1N1, however, returned to school yesterday, said the district director of Education Hugo Gutierrez.
"In those two cases facilities have been controlled through the work of the Departmental Service of Health, so now we have no more reports of cases, but ask for a report to the director to know what the situation," said Gutierrez .
The authority did not specify the names of educational establishments, in order not to cause major conflicts since the last management students in some educational establishments, in which cases of influenza were detected, they were stigmatized.
Gutierrez explained that they are taking preventive measures through the filters, so it asked parents, teachers and students assist with this work, to prevent more cases.
He said the educational work be suspended at educational institutions in which they report three or four cases of influenza A-H1N1, and request the Departmental Health Service (Headquarters), perform the respective disinfection and fumigation of the educational unit.
"Principals and teachers have the tacit instructive that immediately you encounter a suspected case of influenza A-H1N1 report to the Directorate and District Offices, so that it extends a certificate to the student to be in the delivery tolerance work or the submission of any test, "said the education authority.
In respect to the time of entry for students, said that tolerance is maintained even half an hour, despite there being an instruction from the Ministry of Education, to return to your regular schedule.
