    The General office of Health of Parna?ba spread a technical note on the result of the examinations done in the brothers John Peter, 4 years and Ana J?lia, 7 years, which died with suspicion of flu H1N1. The exams were taken in the Laboratory Adolfo Lutz of Sao Paulo and they gave negative for the disease. They them died respectively, day 07 and 13 of April, after being attacked by a respiratory disease, which took severe pneumonia as a diagnosis. John Peter was the first one to die in a particular hospital of Parna?ba, one day after being interned. The post-mortem decision registered bacterial pneumonia. The sister Ana J?lia was interned one day after the death of John Peter with the same symptoms of the brother. She was interned three days, received rise and got worse. Ana J?lia brought the unity of health back for the Unity of Intensive Therapy (ICU) and died in the same night. According to the Vigilance Epidemiol?gica, the examination confirmed the diagnosis of which the death was provoked by bacterial severe pneumonia.
