Six other positive cases of Covid-19 add up in Paraguay
Asuncion, Jun 19 (Prensa Latina) The Minister of Public Health of Paraguay, Julio Mazzoleni, reported today that after analyzing the 1,629 samples in the last 24 hours, six other positive cases of Covid-19 were detected.
In the daily report on the situation of the pandemic in the country, published in his account on the social network Twitter, the head of the health portfolio, pointed out that of the sextet of positive cases, three were due to contacts and the other three were not linked.
'All of them comply with total isolation. There are 11 hospitalized patients, one in the Intensive Care Unit, and 24 people recovered to bring that number up to 741 cured from Covid-19 ', noted the secretary of state.
The official specified that the confirmed cases in the country are already 1,336.
In reference to the cases without a link, he specified that they come from Villa Hayes, Ciudad del Este and Pedro Juan Caballero.
