    Grandma Remedies for Cold

    I'm hearing more and more about the positive effects of Black Elderberry has on our immune system and how it helps boost our immune system. A friend of mine suggested I try Sambucol which is made from Black Elderberry. Not sure yet. Has anybody heard about it? Is it good? The irony is that Sambucol was created by a grandmother. lol Thanks, Kira xxx.
