Swine flu is hitting the Pilbara hard this year, with the region suffering with three times the normal levels of flu for this time of the year.Health officials report that 73 per cent of the flu cases in the Pilbara were of the A/H1N1 variety, more commonly called swine flu, which came to notoriety in 2009 with a worldwide pandemic.
