    Information about the AH1N1 strain of flu, which had been classified for purposes of national security, must now be made public by the Mexico's Health Secretariat, according to a ruling by the nation's transparency agency, INAI. EFE/File

    Mexico City, Sep 28 (EFE).- Mexico's transparency agency, INAI, revoked the four-year secrecy of information rule regarding the AH1N1 strain of flu, which had been classified for purposes of national security, and ordered the Health Secretariat to make it public.

    In a communique, the INAI said the secretariat must publish the database of its Sisveflu monitoring system from May 2009 to May 2015...

    I had no idea this was being kept a secret. It's hard to imagine a good reason why this would be the case.
