    Alfredo Rodr?guez Trujillo, chief of epidemiology at the Tamaulipas Secretariat of Health said it is a student at the Faculty of Sciences and Humanities at the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) campus Ciudad Victoria.
