    The winter period has left in Sonora a balance of five dead persons, one of them as a consequence of the influenza A (H1N1), that is the first decease for this cause in the entity registered in the year. Across a weekly report, the Secretary of federal Health indicated that the decease for influenza A (H1N1) appeared in the city of Hermosillo, capital of the state of Sonorous, but it did not provide major information. He added that of four remaining deaths of the winter period 2011-2012, two presented themselves for poisoning with carbon monoxide and two for hipotermia. It recounted that Sonorous it brings to the date a whole of 94 cases of influenza A (H1N1) up to the moment. He told that at present in Mexico they circulate three seasonal viruses of influenza: To (H1N1), To (H3N2) and influenza B and he emphasized that the vaccine against influenza includes protection from these three seasonal viruses. He recommended that to diminish the incidence of respiratory illnesses, there must be reinforced the defenses of the children and elders with food and high complements in vitamin C and D (fruits and vegetables), as well as abundant liquids.
