Chetumal, May 18 (EFE) .- The head of the state health services, Azueta Juan Carlos Cardenas, said that Quintana Roo remains unrecorded human deaths from influenza, discarded after two suspected cases.
He explained that after a thorough analysis of samples of two deaths, the National Institute of Epidemiological Diagnosis and Reference (INDRE) revealed that these samples resulted in negative influenza A/H1N1.
Indicated that to date have been channeled to this institute 145 samples, of which 121 were negative and 24 positive human influenza virus A/H1N1.
He assured that the institution continue treating all suspected cases of human influenza, by all means of prevention.
