    Pachuca.- In the general cut of epidemiological surveillance, Hidalgo increased to 18 the deaths due to influenza, for which the Ministry of Health (Ssa) called to redouble the actions of prevention since the winter season will end in two months. The predominance of cases was of subtypes A H1N1 and A H3N2; So far, laboratories have not detected any mutation, so the recommended vaccine remains the factor for the improvement of patients.

        12 DIE BY INFLUENZA IN A WEEK!

        Pachuca.- Those killed by influenza in Hidalgo increase frantically from 45, the previous week, to 57, according to the latest report from the Ministry of Health, which called the population to be vaccinated. It is one of the highest records in recent years. Last year, in the same epidemiological week the number of deaths was four, while the current one is 57.           Hidalgo with more deaths from influenza

          Pachuca.- In the recent case registration table, valid for epidemiological week 12, Hidalgo has the highest mortality incidence rate in comparison with the other states of the Republic. The states with the highest cumulative incidence rate for the disease in confirmed cases are: Tlaxcala (21.2 percent), Aguascalientes (15.7), Baja California Sur (14.8), Zacatecas (13.5) and Hidalgo (10). Meanwhile, those with the highest confirmed mortality rates are: Hidalgo (2.5 percent), Zacatecas (1.8), Tlaxcala (1.6), Baja California Sur (1.4) and Durango (1.3 percent). Hidalgo recorded 304 confirmed cases and 76 deaths during the recent winter season, said the Ministry of Health (Ssa); Although the cold season ended, the prevention measures continue in force. During the period 2018-2019, the states with the highest number of deaths due to influenza are: State of Mexico, Hidalgo, Mexico City, Puebla and Guanajuato, which together account for 45 percent of deaths.
