  • BCS reports another death for influenza A H1N1

    The number of cases of influenza AH1N1 in Low South California increased 50 in what it goes of the month, and one more death registered in the last week.


    As reported the person in charge of the area of Epidemiología of the Secretary of Health in the entity, Alejo Mendez Hernández, to the beginning of this year there have been detected 243 suspicious cases of influenza AH1N1, of which 50 have been confirmed.


    And a death registered, with what three add the deaths for this illness in the entity.

    In interview, the specialist pointed out that of the whole of the confirmed cases, 23 have been in the municipality of Comondú; 14 in The Ends; 11 in La Paz and one in Loreto.


    It indicated that the third death happened in the capital of the state.


    It was a question of a 54-year-old man with precedents of arterial hypertension.

    He affirmed that who present the virus, mostly are persons in the group of productive age, and in minor measurement children and major adults.
