    Tijuana, Dec. 1 .- The first allocation of vaccines against influenza virus A H1N1, shipped to Baja California, will cover 94 thousand doses in the coastal area of the state, which includes the cities of Tijuana, Tecate and Playas de Rosarito.

    These 84 thousand doses would cover all risk groups, starting with the health personnel working in hospitals, as confirmed Macareno Ernesto Alvarado, head of the Sanitary Jurisdiction Number Two.

      La Paz, Baja California Sur .- Today the Ministry of Health initiated the first phase of vaccination against influenza virus A H1N1 in medical and nursing staff that is in direct contact with patients, such as which works in the areas of emergency, intensive care, hospitalization and outpatient, including pregnant women and in the third trimester.

      Dr. Francisco Cardoza Macias, Health Secretary, said that after pregnant women will continue with first and second trimesters of pregnancy, with children 6 to 23 months of age and people with chronic diseases such as diabetes complications, heart , asthma and lung disease and cancer patients.
