    12:39 The Ministry of Health of Mexico will be able to monitor in real time the spread of diseases that occur in the city, and take the necessary preventive measures.

    This is because the company IBM has developed a specific software for the Federal District that allows data processing scenarios for epidemics of progress, it was donated to the City government and will be operational in December.

    The company also will train doctors and technicians who will operate the system at no cost.

    Armando Ahued, Health Secretary of Mexico City, indicated that this tool will be useful to "the imminent outbreak of the influenza virus AH1N1 is expected in the winter season.

    In this regard, the official said that the city is ready and has enough medicine to address issues that may arise.

    He further stated that in October will receive the vaccine against seasonal influenza, which will begin in November to apply to children under five years and adults older than 60 years.

    As requested the public not to relax the hygiene measures to avoid contagion of the disease.
