      MEXICO CITY (11/Feb/ 2014) .- influenza has caused the death of 472 people between January 1 and February 11 in Mexico, the majority of the virus H1N1, announced today the Secretariat of Health.                 MEXICO CITY (17/Feb/ 2014) .- In the last month and a half, have been confirmed 4 thousand 931 cases of influenza and registered 535 deaths in the country. The age groups most affected are of 30 years to 59 years, where is concentrated the greater part of the deaths. Similarly, in 64 percent of the deaths is associated obesity and diabetes. Influenza A H1N1 does not discriminate on age or gender, but the statistics reported that the majority of those who have purchased this disease are men. The 65 percent of the deaths of men and 35 percent are women. In children under the age of nine years, the virus has claimed the lives of 22 children, according to figures from the General Directorate for Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health.
