According to the Mexico health department there have been 416 probable cases of measles and rubeola up to week 10 of 2025. 22 cases are lab confirmed and are imported or related to imported cases.
Aviso Epidemiológico México CONAVE/02/2025/Sarampión 12 de marzo del 2025 Se han identificado 21 casos confirmados de sarampión, ubicados en Chihuahua (18) y Oaxaca (3), en cuanto a la distribución por sexo el predominio es en hombres con 67% (14). Por grupo etario es mayormente afectado el grupo de edad de 5 a 9 años 52% (11), 10 a 14 años 19% (4), de 25 a 44 años 14% (3), de 15 a 19 años 10% (2) y finalmente de 1 a 4 años 5% (1). Referente al antecedente vacunal se encontró que el 90% (19) NO CUENTA CON ANTECEDENTE VACUNAL, mientras que el 5%(1) persona cuenta con una dosis de SRP y 5% (1) cuenta con 2 dosis de SRP documentado en la cartilla nacional de vacunación.
