Pandemic (H1N1) 2009 Current situation - As of 2 August 2009
A total of 10,036 laboratory-confirmed cases of pandemic (H1N1) 2009 have been reported from eight SEAR countries.
Sixty five deaths from Thailand and one death from Indonesia have been reported.
The countries in the South-East Asia Region with confirmed cases are as follows:

As of 27 July, a total of 134,503 laboratory-confirmed cases of pandemic (H1N1) 2009 and 816 deaths have been reported to WHO from 155 countries and dependencies/territories in accordance with International Health Regulations (2005).
