Eight people die of flu in Oman

Eight people have so far died of acute of influenza since January up from six flu-related deaths in 2016, according to the Times of Oman.
The Ministry of Health issued the updated statistics, urging people to take precautions as the flu season approaches.
?The flu virus breaks in early September and runs until mid-May in Oman which is a semi-tropical country?, it said.
The ministry reported a total of 952 cases of influenza as of October 10, down from 1,492 cases in 2016...
