    Al-Thawra Hospital denies registration of bird flu cases in Al-Bayda

    Al-Thawra Primary Education Hospital in the eastern city of Al-Bayda announced that the results of the five cases received by the hospital on Saturday were suffering from severe pneumonia, denying that it was infected with bird flu.
    "The results of laboratory tests of the five cases of acute pneumonia showed positive infection with intestinal bacterial infection," said Talal al-Tashani, head of media at Al-Thawra Central Hospital in al-Bayda.
    In an earlier statement, al-Tishani denied what was raised about the monitoring of bird flu cases in the city and its suburbs.
    Al-Tashani told Al-Wasat that the analysis of the farm for stable cases showed that it was infected with intestinal bacteria. He pointed out that the symptoms in the cases are similar, such as acute pneumonia, low oxygen, intestinal bleeding and hemorrhage.
    He explained that the hospital administration sent a report to the World Health Organization on the cases, for the purpose of providing a precautionary drug as a precaution against any potential for registered injuries, confirming that two cases responded to antibiotics while the other recorded resistance to bacteria.
    Al-Tashani called for investigating the accuracy and credibility of such news, which would spread fear and fear among the people of the city, where the talk of the street about bird flu and fear of spread.
    He confirmed the information officer of the Hospital Revolution Central Education White that in the event of cases of bird flu, will be announced immediately through the information office of the hospital and the Ministry of Health and the competent authorities.
