انتهت سكرتارية لجنة الطوارئ الوطنية لانفلونزا الطيور من اعداد خطة لتعزيز المخزون الاستراتيجي من المطهرات ومستلزمات الحماية الشخصة ومستلزمات فحص العينات للعام 2009 وذلك بالتنسيق مع وزارة البيئة والمياه والجهات الاخرى ذات العلاقة، وتأتي هذه الخطوة في اطار الاجراءات الاحترازية التي يتم تطبيقها لحماية الدولة من انفلونزا الطيور.

صرح بذلك ل?الخليج? ماجد المنصوري الامين العام لهيئة البيئة في ابوظبي رئيس سكرتارية لجنة الطوارئ الوطنية لانفلونزا الطيور وأكد أن الفرق الفنية مستمرة في عمليات مراقبة الطيور المهاجرة على مستوى الدولة وجمع عينات عشوائية، واظهرت نتائج الفحوصات والتحاليل حتى أمس الأول خلو الامارات من أي حالة مشتبه بها.
This was stated by the "Gulf," Al-Mansouri, Secretary General of the Environment Agency in Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the secretariat of the National Emergency Commission of bird flu and confirmed that the technical teams in the ongoing monitoring of migratory birds at the state level and the collection of random samples, and showed the results of tests, even on the first free of any of the Emirates suspected.
وقال ان الخطر من انفلونزا الطيور ما زال قائما على المستوى العالمي، مشيراً الى تخوف دول العالم من حدوث تحور للفيروس المسبب لانفلونزا الطيور بحيث ينتقل بسهولة الى الانسان وينتشر على شكل وباء.
He said the threat of bird flu remains at the global level, adding to fears of the world from a mutation of the virus that causes bird flu to spread easily to humans and cause a pandemic.
واضاف ان كل الجهات المعنية في الدولة مستمرة في تطبيق خطط الوقائية والاجراءات الاحترازية التي سبق اعتمادها لحماية الدولة من انتقال المرض.
He added that all stakeholders in the ongoing plans in the application of preventive and precautionary measures already adopted to protect the transmission of the disease.
وكشف عن ان اجمالي المواقع التي تم رصدها في الدولة لمراقبة الطيور المهاجرة بلغ 469 موقعاً منها 93 موقعا في ابوظبي و283 موقعا في دبي والامارات الشمالية، وبلغ مجموع الطيور المرصودة في هذه المواقع 394654 طائرا، وفي أبوظبي رصدت اعلى اعداد الطيور في منطقة (تماني) ضمن المنطقة الغربية والذي بلغ (425) طائرا، تلتها سيح الخير (335) طائرا، اما في دبي والامارات الشمالية
He disclosed that all the sites that were monitored in the country to monitor migratory birds at 469 sites, including 93 locations in Abu Dhabi and 283 locations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and the total number of birds observed in these locations 394,654 birds, and in Abu Dhabi, made the highest numbers of birds in the area (Tmani) within the the western region, which stood at (425) birds, followed by good Sih (335) birds, either in Dubai and Northern Emirates فتم رصد العدد الاكبر من الطيور اثناء تفقد المزارع في منطقة كدرا (150000) طائر، تلتها المدفق (60000) طائر والدقداقة (52535) طائرا، اما اقل الاعداد فسجلت ضمن المناطق (السهيلة، الجريف، وادي كوب) والتي بلغت (،11 ،19 12) طائر على التوالي، وفي كافة مناطق الدولة شكل الدجاج النسبة الاكبر من الطيور المرصودة، وقد بلغ عدد المرصود منه ضمن إمارة أبوظبي (1510) طيور تلاه البط (347) طائرا والفري (200) طائر، اما في إمارة دبي والامارات الشمالية فقد بلغ (329274) طائر دجاج تلاه بفارق كبير الحمام (32694) والبط (21190) طائرا.

واكد ان سكرتارية اللجنة الوطنية لطوارئ انفلونزا الطيور قامت خلال الفترة الماضية بالعديد من الاجراءات منها مراجعة الاستعدادات والاجراءات الاحترازية المتخذة من قبل الجهات الاعضاء لمواجهة دخول المرض الى الدولة وذلك بمشاركة ممثلين عن الجهات الحكومية المحلية والاتحادية، متابعة وتقييم حالة الدول التي شهدت حالات الاصابة بمرض انفلونزا الطيور استناداً للتقارير المعلنة من قبل المنظمة العالمية للصحة الحيوانية ( OIE ) ومنظمة الصحة العالمية ( WHO )، والتنسيق المستمر مع وزارة البيئة والمياه حول آلية فرض او رفع الحظر عن استيراد الطيور الحية ومنتجاتها من تلك الدول، مراجعة مسودة المعايير الصحية الخاصة بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة بشأن استيراد منتجات الدواجن من دول العالم السليمة والمصابة بمرض انفلونزا الطيور، متابعة آلية الفحص المخبري للعينات في المختبرات المعتمدة الفحص المخبري لمرض انفلونزا الطيور وفقاً لخطة الطوارى الوطنية، تفعيل اتفاقية التعاون المشترك مع المختبر المرجعي الايطالي ( IZSv ) من خلال ارسال عدد من العينات التابعة للمركز الوطني لابحاث الطيور التابع لهيئة البيئة
