The Ministry of Health / meeting / participation .. دبي في 24 مايو / وام / شارك وفد من وزارة الصحة في أعمال اجتماع متخذي القرارات وراسمي السياسات والموظفين المعنيين حول الاستعداد للأنفلونزا البشرية الجائحة والتخلص منها الذي أختتم فى العاصمة المغربية الرباط مؤخرا واستمر أربعة أيام بحضور ممثلين عن كل دول إقليم شرق المتوسط .

The delegation of the ministry, Dr. Mahmoud Fikri Co-Executive Director of the Public Health Policy and Dr. Najat Mohamed Rashed central laboratory director at the Ministry of Health. وقال الدكتور محمود فكري أن الاجتماعات ناقشت البرنامج التعاوني لترصد الانفلونزا في الإقليم والتصدي لها والذي ينفذ على مدى خمس سنوات وبرامج الترصد الوبائي النشط للمرض وتطويرها ومعرفة مدى فعاليتها في الفترة الأخيرة وكيفية استخدام التطعيمات المضادة والعمل على اتاحتها وتوفيرها في دول الاقليم وكذلك اتاحة الأدوية المقاومة والمضادة وتوفيرها بجانب التركيز على أهمية بناء قدرات القطاعات الصحية في البلدان المختلفة من أجل الاكتشاف المبكر والتصدي السريع لانفلونزا الطيور والانفلونزا البشرية الجائحة فضلا عن استعراضه لانتشار المرض في إقليم شرق المتوسط وتطور انتشار فاشيات جديدة في بعض بلدان الإقليم ..مشيرا الى أن المناقشات أظهرت أن هناك تحول وبائي لانفلونزا الطيور مما يستوجب الحاجة الملحة والعاجلة إلى الشروع في العمل من هذه اللحظات قبل حدوث إنفلونزا بشرية جائحة قد تشكل تحديا لإمكانيات وموارد وقدرات البلدان المختلفة .
He said Dr Mahmoud Fikri that the meetings discussed the cooperative programme for influenza surveillance and response in the province and carried out over five years and programmes active epidemiological surveillance of the disease, development and knowledge of their effectiveness in the last period and how to use anti vaccinations and work to make it available and provided in the province as well as access to medicines and resistance and anti saved Next to focus on the importance of building the capacities of health sectors in different countries for the early detection and rapid response to avian and human influenza pandemic as well as reviewing the spread of the disease in the Eastern Mediterranean Region and the evolution of the spread of new outbreaks in some countries of the region .. pointing out that the discussions showed that there was a turning epidemic Avian influenza which requires urgent and pressing need to initiate action in these moments before a human flu pandemic could pose a challenge to potential and resources and capacities of different countries. وأكد أن التهديد الذي يمثله هذا المرض واحتمال ظهوره لا يزال موجودا..
He stressed that the threat posed by this disease and the potential still exists for appearing .. مشيرا إلى ضرورة اتخاذ الحيطة والحذر في كافة دول الإقليم وعدم الرضا بما تحقق من نتائج ايجابية.
He pointed to the need for caution in all countries in the region and dissatisfaction with what has been achieved positive results. وأضاف أن المجتمعين ناقشوا كافة التحديات التي يواجهها الإقليم في إطار الاستعداد للانفلونزا البشرية الجائحة والتخلص منها ومن آثارها المدمرة ..موضحا أن جميع بلدان الإقليم أصبحت في حاجة إلى نظم ذات معايير دولية لاكتشاف عدوى إنفلونزا الطيور الشديدة والقضاء عليها والتخلص منها وتعزيز قدرتها في هذا المجال .
He added that the conferees discussed all the challenges facing the region in preparation for human influenza pandemic and disposal is devastating effects .. explaining that all the countries of the region has become in need of systems with international standards for the discovery of highly contagious bird flu and eliminate the disposal and strengthen its capacity in this area.وقال ان العدوى بالفيروس المختبئ أصبحت تشكل تهديدا كبيرا لصحة ليس فقط بالنسبة للبلدان المتضررة بل للعالم أجمع ..لافتا إلى أن استراتيجيات متكاملة بين القطاعات المختلفة على المستوى المحلى والوطني والإقليمى والعالمي من شأنها العمل على توقي حدوث الجائحة والتأهب لها في نفس الوقت أصبحت ضرورة ملحة.
He said that the infection has become a hideout pose a major threat to the health not only for the affected countries but to the whole world .. pointing out that the integrated strategies among various sectors at the local, national, regional and global levels would work to prevent a pandemic preparedness at the same time become an urgent necessity.وأوضح أن التنسيق مع منظمة الصحة العالمية والمنظمات والهيئات المعنية في كافة دول العالم بات أمرا جديا لتوفير البيانات وتوفير وسائل اتصال قوية وتخطيط استراتيجي طويل الأمل يشمل جميع القطاعات ويكون مرتكزا على تحليل الواقع الاقتصادي لضمان تعاون مجد في التصدي لهذه الجائحة.
He explained that coordination with WHO and the concerned organizations and bodies in all countries of the world is now seriously to provide the data and provide a powerful means of communication and strategic planning long hope all sectors and be based on the analysis of economic reality to ensure meaningful cooperation in addressing this pandemic. وشدد انه يجب على كافة السلطات الوطنية في كل دول الإقليم البحث عن سبل للعمل معا ضمن إطار اللوائح الصحية الدولية والتخطيط لاستخدام بروتوكولات خاصة بالقضاء المبكر على الجائحة والتخفيف طويل الأمد لآثار الجائحة البشرية.
He stressed that all national authorities in all countries of the region searching for ways to work together within the framework of the International Health Regulations and planning for the use of special protocols on the elimination of early pandemic and mitigate the effects of long-term human pandemic. وأوضح أن العمل من خلال استراتيجية واضحة في هذا الشأن سوف يشجع الدول الأعضاء على اتباع خارطة واحدة وتجميع مواردها وجهودها الوطنية من أجل تعزيز الاستعداد لجائحة الانفلونزا البشرية من خلال تحسين قدرات البلدان بهدف استباق جائحة الانفلونزا وإجهاضها وكذلك التخفيف من الآثار السلبية التي تخلفها.
He explained that work through a clear strategy in this regard would encourage Member States to follow the map and one pool their resources and their national efforts to strengthen preparedness for pandemic human influenza by improving the capacity of countries aimed at anticipating and pre-empt an influenza pandemic as well as alleviating the negative effects. وأكد أهمية التعاون والتواصل مع الأجهزة الإعلامية المختلفة ومشاركة الجماهير في بث معلومات صحيحة وغير مبالغ فيها وموضوعية في نفس الوقت حول المرض معتبرا ذلك درعا واقيا عمليا للتصدي لكافة الأمراض وجائحة الانفلونزا خاصة.
He stressed the importance of cooperation and communication devices with different information and public participation in the transmission of accurate information and not exaggerated and objectively at the same time contending that the disease around the protective shield of practice to deal with all diseases, particularly influenza pandemic. وقام المجتمعون ضمن فعاليات الحدث بزيارة المركز الوطني للطواريء في المملكة المغربية للتعرف على خطط التأهب والاستعدادات اللوجستية للترصد النشط والتعامل مع الحالات المرضية في وقت حدوثها.
The conferees events within the event visit the National Centre for Emergency in the Kingdom of Morocco to identify preparedness plans and logistical preparations for active surveillance and dealing with cases of disease at the time of occurrence. وقد صدر عن الاجتماعات عدة توصيات أبرزها ضرورة بناء القدرات المحلية والإقليمية للاستعداد التام للتعامل مع حالات الطوارىء وانشاء مراكز وطنية للإنفلونزا الجائحية / ان آى سى / ورفع قدرات المختبرات الطبية والمرجعية في دول الإقليم وربطها بالمختبرات المرجعية الدولية من خلال وثيقة تفاهم ثلاثية بين البلدان والمكتب الإقليمي والمختبر المرجعي العالمي ومواصلة متابعة رصد الحالات الإيجابية من إنفلونزا الطيور.
Has issued several recommendations on meetings highlighted the need to build local and regional capacities to prepare fully for dealing with emergencies and the creation of national centres for flu pandemic / A CNN / enhance their medical and reference laboratories in the countries in the region and linking them to international reference laboratories through a tripartite understanding between countries and regional office and laboratory Global reference and further follow-up monitoring of positive cases of avian influenza.
