Next - an effective system of laboratory control over food safety, environmental objects, in accordance with international standards. This will create the laboratory: the Republican reference and three specialized Control Food Safety, meet the requirements of the World Trade Organization (Almaty, East Kazakhstan and West Kazakhstan region) and the laboratory to monitor the safety of tobacco products (Almaty).

    Be organized five zonal virological and inter-regional networks of specialized laboratories for the diagnosis of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (South-Kazakhstan region), anthrax, tularemia, brucellosis (Zhambyl region). The plans - the construction of the Central Reference Laboratory in Almaty on the diagnosis of particularly dangerous, including emerging infectious diseases in humans and animals. It will become a center of international research and training for the three ministries - health, agriculture, education and science.

    For the first time the program is planned to implement innovative projects, scheduled for modernization of the domestic production of medical immunobiological preparations with subsequent expansion of the list produced medicines, popular not only in our republic, but also in neighboring countries and abroad.
