I believe the last reported outbreak of H5N1 bird flu in Iran was in September 2011 in which a final OIE report was issued January 18. The final report states that the outbreak is over and all recent samples tested were negative.

State Company for Veterinary recommends ban the import of birds and eggs from Iran
01/23/2012 | (Voice of Iraq) - Add Comment - Baghdad (news) announced that the State Company for Veterinary preventing the importation of birds and eggs from Iran for fear of transmission of avian influenza to Iraq, noting that a ban on the import of live birds and raptors, ornamental birds and eggs both types of table and hatching and feathers of birds and all the materials that enter poultry or their products in the industry of Iran.
A statement from the Ministry of Agriculture has received the Agency (news) said on Monday: the overture of the Ministry of Agriculture for the purpose of addressing the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for the purpose of imposing a ban on the import of live birds and raptors, ornamental birds as well as the eggs of both types table and hatching and feathers of birds and all the materials that enter poultry or their products in the industry of Iran. He added that this recommendation came after the announcement of Iran for the emergence of infection in the duck house bird flu high-intensity H5n1 in Mazindan north-eastern Iran.
According to the statement : that is to instruct the operating rooms of bird flu to raise the degree of caution and investigation, and then instruct the investigation teams working to intensify action surveys and investigate effective for bird flu using several rapid testing and clinical signs in poultry, expand its activities to include poultry farms operating and poultry in households (Education household), and stores that sell birds and poultry in the markets, and send the forms to the Department of Laboratories and Research in the company if the outcome is positive in several rapid test to be tested, and ensure that infection through the device of the PCR, a hardware laboratory high-tech to confirm the suspicion of any infection.
