    No qualifiers are necessary if you are searching for trends. As long as you are consistent in your data collection efforts, trends will be recognizable. The tracking of deaths here at FT is a good example. Despite general news reports that imply that H1N1 infections and deaths have leveled out, this is not the case, as deaths continue to rise, especially in the southern hemisphere.
    I missed the news about deaths leveling off. Could you provide a link?
