The article details the projected distribution of Tamiflu in the event of possible human H5N1 infections in the Garut Regency. Use of a "Tamiflu blanket" is the standard procedure in Indonesia to contain potential human H5N1 outbreaks and seems to have been used successfully for several years. Currently Tamiflu is also being prepositioned in Pekanbaru (Riau Province on the island of Sumatra) to quell any human outbreaks associated with the avian H5N1 outbreaks in that area. see: http://www.flutrackers.com/forum/sho...69&postcount=2
