While there are three categories of market status, namely Healthy, Less Healthy and Unhealthy.

    Menkes asserted, the position is very important in increasing market economy. Therefore, the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the Ministry of Agriculture has developed a policy to improve market quality. This policy is expected to have an impact on improving the local economy. From the private sector, Danamon Cares Foundation has also contributed to the improvement of the market by using the proceeds of Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR.

    With the end of EU aid to Pilot Healthy Markets, Minister of National Workshop hope this can become one of the steps to exit strategy.
