            Oct 08, 2018, 03:18 AM IST
Gwalior Two people have died from swine flu in Gwalior and Murraya. Due to the change in weather, the effect of swine flu is expected to increase. But the health department does not have the medicine to deal with it. Tammy flu drug syrup given to children to prevent swine flu is not available only to the department.

In Daulatganj, a trader who had died from swine, his family had to buy medicine from the market. At the same time, the cold OPD in the district hospital Murar and JAH is not also looking everyday. District pandemic specialist Dr Mahendra Piprolalia is saying that we have already sent the demand for the drug to the headquarter a month ago. You will now send a reminder for this. Like the swine flu, the attitude of the Health Department towards dealing with dengue is also negligible. 265 patients of dengue have been found in the city, the highest DD is in the Nagar area. A girl has died due to dengue in Sikandar Compu. Even after this, regular pesticide drugs are not being sprayed in these areas.

Third case / death of another person from swine flu, doctors team visited village tour
Another person dies from swine flu

4 positive faces, hospital not initiated efforts
3 persons of the district have died from swine flu in one and a half weeks
                  Dainik Bhaskar
                  Oct 17, 2018, 10:57 AM IST
Mandsaur Swine flu is increasing rapidly in the district. This resulted in the third person's death in the district on Tuesday. There are 4 positive patients who are undergoing treatment in Udaipur. However, the hospital administration has not started any kind of effort with it. The district hospital team inspected the village on Wednesday and provided the necessary information. However this time CMHO also admitted that doctors not knowing the patient's travel history are taking seriously the illness.

In the last one-and-a-half weeks, three people of the district have died due to swine flu. All these patients were tested in the district hospital. After this, in Udaipur, the hospital administration has adequate arrangements for the disease. According to the information, to prevent disease in the hospital, the dose of Tamu flu is in sufficient quantity. This tablet is given to children 30 mg and adults 75 mg twice a day for five days. It is said that 5 thousand bullets have been found in the hospital.

The doctors claim that these pills are being given to the patient and those who come in contact with the symptoms. All the patients who have died so far have been referred to Udaipur only after taking personal treatment after treatment in all the district hospitals. On Tuesday, a 45-year-old resident of Deori was also killed in Udaipur. The swine flu was confirmed on Saturday only. Earlier, the death of 60-year-old woman, resident of Dadri village, 59-year-old male and old woman, Dutta valley, has also happened with the same disease.

CMHO Mahesh Malviya said that the only medicine for swine flu is TEM flu which is not helpful in preventing the disease . It also shows the effect only after the illness. The first drug does not have any effect. If the patient is given this sickness before the disease, then there is no effect of the disease after the illness, therefore the usage is done in a sensible manner. It is of course that our doctors are not seeing the patient's travel history. If there is a focus on disease prevention, better results can be found.

Swine flu is a very lethal disease that spreads through the virus. Viruses spread by contact with the person suffering from the disease. Its risk is more due to those who have lower immune system disease. Viruses attack on lungs. This reduces the amount of oxygen in the blood. If there is a shortness of breath, the relative dies. Swine flu viruses grow rapidly.

Indore 42-year-old woman swine flu with swine flu In the case of major negligence, only on October 16, the sample was sent on November 2 to investigate. Now the Health Department is going to issue notice to the hospital. This is the third death from this disease.

A 42-year-old woman from Mahu Naka was admitted to Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science due to fever and pneumonia. Hospital management took the sample to check H1N1, but in the meantime the woman died. The sample was lying there. The hospital sent the sampling test on November 2.

It has been reported positive from Bhopal's Lab. CMHO Dr Ashok Dagriya told that 20 samples had been sent, out of which eight have reported positive. So far 12 patients have come positive. In this case, hospital negligence is there. The sample was sent 17 days after the patient's death. The notice is being issued to the hospital and an explanation is being sought.

It is worth mentioning that two patients had died from swine flu earlier this year. The dengue outbreak is increasing in the city. The health department is claiming that larva matching is reduced. Although the number of patients is increasing continuously. Dengue was confirmed in 12 patients on Friday. As per the district malaria branch, so far the disease has been confirmed in 307 patients. This is the number of patients whose investigation report has been given positive by MGM Medical College. The number of investigation reports of private hospitals is not included in this.
From June this year, patients from dengue started to appear. Since then, this series has been increasing continuously, but in October this number has increased manifold.

Daily Medical College's lab is confirming illness in 12 to 15 patients, whereas last three to four months only three or four patients were reported. Suddenly, after increasing the number of patients in the MYH, this number has increased in the register of health department.

Teams not able to survey thousands of homes: On the other hand, the health department's anti-larva teams have increased the activity. Awareness activities are being organized. People are being explained in the neighborhood that the houses and the surroundings do not accumulate water. Drug was inserted at the place where water was stored Although the ground floor of the department is unable to check the thousands of homes throughout the day. On Friday also 60 to 70 employees surveyed 930 homes. District malaria officer Dharmendra Jain told that larva has been found in only 10 houses. Four teams have been formed for the survey, out of which 20 to 25 employees are working, i.e. about 80 people have a team in the field. Despite this, the survey work is not possible in more places.
