Bhopal . The suspected patient of Zicha fever died in the city on Tuesday. The patient was being treated at a private hospital in the city. She was kept on ventilator for the last five days due to her condition worsening. From Monday night the patient's condition got worse. On Tuesday morning, he died during treatment.
AIIMS was sent for patient's blood sample examination Here, NIV Pune Laboratory has been sent to verify the inquiry report. Report of 70 Blood samples of Zika Virus sent by the Health Department is pending in Niv Pune.
So far 3 patients have been confirmed to come to Zika Positive in the city. Three suspected patients were being treated under the protocol guideline of Zika. In this one died of the patient, who is living in the Sarvasharma colony. While two patients are living in Gautam Nagar and Awadhpuri. Both of these patients have been discharged after treatment.
After the confirmation of the positive patient of Zicha fever, after the confirmation of the Zicha fever 850 houses out of 31 thousand, 31 thousand houses have been examined in the Fever and larval surveys conducted in the 3 km radius of four tamarind areas. Of these, mosquito larvae has been found in 850 houses.
This has been destroyed by the entry larva survey team. So far 565 pregnant women have been identified after the survey being carried out under Micro Plan prepared by Dr. P. Ravindran, Deputy Director General, National Vector Born Disease Control Program (NVBDCP) for the prevention of Zika virus.

Permission for awareness is necessary: In view of the infection of Zika virus, the Health Department officers want to run awareness campaign in colonies.
