State Minister of State Ashwani Chaube - Death due to Insepheitis due to negligence of officials
Posted by: Razia Ansarion: June 11, 2019

Central Desk: Like every year, the widespread widespread death of children in North Bihar is increasing in the summer this year. So far 43 children have died. Whereas, 110 are sick. Only 38 children have died from encephalitis alone in SKMCH of Muzaffarpur alone.

The Bihar government is proving to be futile in preventing this year's disease. Responsible, it seems to be flowing away. And are blaming others. Neglectful statements of leaders and ministers are showing their insensitivity.

              Ashwini Choubey's strange statement

The latest statement is that of Union Health Minister Ashwani Kumar Choubey who came to Patna to attend a program in IGIMS. They said, the death of children in Muzaffarpur is a tragedy. Due to the election, the officers were busy in the election, due to which there was lack of awareness. If the Bihar government seeks help from the central government, the central government will give full help.

Mangal Pandey also had a broom

Earlier, Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said that death of 11 children has been confirmed so far, but no child has died from AES in Encephalitis so far. He said that 10 children died from hypoglycemia, while one child died from Japanese encephalitis.

              ...
Muzaffarpur Civil Surgeon Dr Shailendra Prasad Singh said they were facing a shortage of infrastructural facilities. All three PICU wards are full of patients so ICU ward is in use. He further added, we are working with makeshift wards and ICU in treating kids at Primary Health Centre (PHCs). 55 children died in AES in Bihar, Union Health Minister sought report; Know the signs and symptoms of illness
Publish Date: Tue, 11 Jun 2019 10:55 PM (IST)

Every year in North Bihar, children have died due to AES in the summer season. This year too 55 children have died. Read the news for the full details of this disease.
Patna / Muzaffarpur [Jagaran Team]. Call it AES (acute encephalitis syndrome) or encephalopathy, say shiny fever or give any other name, every year as well as this year, the widespread widespread death of children in North Bihar is increasing in the summer. So far 55 children have died, while 119 are recruited. Over the last three days, 33 children have died. The number of sick children in Uttar Pradesh's largest hospital, Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) is increasing. This virus, caused by virus, spreads through mosquitoes. The vaccine is available to prevent this.
Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has sought the report regarding the disease with the SKMCH Administration. Union Minister Ashwini Chaube said that due to the trapped officers in the election, the focus could not be given. But now the government is paying attention. On the other hand, Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey denied the deaths due to AES. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar admitted that due to lack of awareness the disease has increased. He also said that the death of children is very difficult.
Death of 55 children till now The
AES woes in North Bihar are continuously deepening. The sequence of arrival of children with similar symptoms of AES continues in SKMCH and Kejariwal Hospital in Muzaffarpur. So far 55 children have died in this season, while 119 are recruited.
Over the last three days, 33 children have died. On Sunday, four were from the disease, so on Monday 24 children died. On Tuesday, five children have died in SKMCH and Kejriwal Hospital. Whereas, more than three dozen reaches have come for treatment. More than a dozen of these conditions remain serious.
Monitoring of hospitals, children in alert mode
Given the severity of the disease, hospitals are in alert mode. The doctors' roster duty has been fixed with the necessary facilities there. The responsibility of Asha, Anganwadi worker and ANM has also been decided. Asha, Anganwadi-Assistant-Assistant and ANM to monitor the health of children in their nutritional areas to be protected from AES. They have to help children send primary health centers as soon as possible. They will also inform parents and relatives about the symptoms and prevention of this disease.
                People will be aware
that a comprehensive awareness campaign will be started from Muzaffarpur District Administration to prevent the dispersal of Administration Aeses. Information about the symptoms and its prevention will be provided to the common people through hoarding and handbills and other means.
                Know the symptoms of illness
The symptoms of AES are unclear, but doctors say that there are problems like fever, headache, convulsions, vomiting and unconsciousness in the brain. The body becomes weak. The child is afraid of light. Some babies get stiff neck in the neck. Even paralysis can happen.
According to doctors, there is also a very shortage of sugars in children's body in this disease. Even if the children do not eat on time, there is a lack of sugar in the body. Until it turns out, it's late. It worsens the condition of the patient.
The virus is caused by anger, such as rescue.
This disease is caused by a type of virus (virus). The carrier of this disease bites a healthy person, then the virus enters the person's body. Symptoms of disease in the child's body appear in four to 14 days. This disease can be avoided by preventing mosquitoes and vaccination.
                Central Health Minister sought report
Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has taken cognizance of the death of children in this disease in North Bihar. He has sought the report regarding the disease with SKMCH Prasan. In the first year 2014, the then Union Minister Dr. Harshavardhan visited Muzaffarpur. The then Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi also went there.
                Nitish Kumar took the sickness
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that this disease spread in North Bihar is not Japanese encephalitis, it is the second encephalitis. It has been done earlier in Muzaffarpur and the government has already worked on it. This year also the government is serious about the treatment of the disease. The Health Department is monitoring the matter. Perhaps due to the lack of awareness it has spread again. People have to be aware of this disease.
Mangal Pandey says: No death of encephalitis, hypoglycemia
Bihar Health Minister refused to accept the illness as encephalitis. He told that 11 children have died so far, of which 10 reasons of death were due to 'hypoglycemia' (sudden sudden reduction of sugar in the body). However, he believed that a child died from JE (Japanese encephalitis). According to Mangal Pandey, two cases of JE were found, in which one child died.
                On
Monday, the Minister of Urban Development and Housing, Minister of Urban Development and Housing, Suresh Sharma visited the SKMCH and visited the children. He inquired about the arrangements for treatment from the hospital superintendent and senior physicians.
More than 350 children die in 10 years
It is known that during the last 10 years, more than three and a half hundred children in North Bihar have died of AES (Acute Encephalitis Syndrome) or Insefelopathy. In the year 2012 and 2014, the screams of the victims led to a scream of innocence that its echo reached from Patna to Delhi. Better treatment was also promised to arrange an air ambulance for carrying the children from here to Delhi. But, in the last two-three years, the promise was reduced to air and air when the disease was affected. But this year, the disease is showing its radar form.
Not to ambulances for sick children
The possibility of survival of children suffering from this disease depends on the time of treatment. The sooner the treatment will begin, the more likely it is to survive. Despite this, arrangements for the sick children are not available till the ambulance. Where was the talk of air ambulance, but for sick children, normal ambulances are not available. DPM of Muzaffarpur, BP Verma points out that there is no separate ambulance system for AES-affected children. DPM says that the State Health Committee can only make this arrangement. With no arrangement till the ambulance for sick children, the poles of the perfect system of treatment are also open.

Due to the decrease in sugar in the disease

Doctors said that there is a huge reduction of sugar in the body of the child in the disease. Even if the children do not eat on time, there is a lack of sugar in the body. Until it turns out, it's late. It worsens the condition of the patient.

Healthcare can save lives from time to time

Civil Surgeon said that all the health centers and sub-centers have also been arranged for therapists and treatment. If the victim child is delivered from time to time, then it can be saved. The commissioner asked the administrative officials to ask the vendors of all the Head and Public Distribution System to help the children reach the hospital. He also appealed to save the children from heat. Bring the symptoms of the spleen and fever to the nearby hospitals. District administration also took necessary steps for regular publicity.

What is a spinal fever or acute encephalitis syndrome (AES)

Spinal fever is also known as Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES). In this disease, the brain becomes swollen. All this happens because of viral infection. Japanese encephalitis is known in northern Bihar as a sparkle fever. This fever attacks the body's immune system and brain tissues.

                        Symptoms of sperm fever

Feeling of fever with headache in this disease is the biggest symptom. There is also a complaint of pain and weakness in the muscles and joints, as a victim of this disease. Signs of vomiting and irritableness are also noticed. Many times patients suffering from this also become unconscious. If the disease increases then these symptoms are noticed.

                        - Speaking, hearing problems

                        - Being paralyzed.

                        - Illusion

                        - Increase irritation.

                        - Come up in the soft spots of the skull.

If there are such symptoms in children then do not panic. Ask for immediate doctors. Only after the investigation is decided whether the child is suffering from spinal fever or not.

This mysterious disease dies every year, innocent, know why the rain is waiting
Publish Date: Wed, 12 Jun 2019 06:00 PM (IST)

There is a continuation of the death of children from AES in many districts of North Bihar. This time even this mysterious disease has taken a terrible appearance. Learn about its symptoms and its safety in this news ...
Patna, Kajal Acute encephalitis syndrome (AES), which starts with a common fever or other symptoms every year in many districts of northern Bihar, has also become a terrible form this year, so that more than 55 children have died this year. Every year, in the summer, this disease comes like a monstrous disease and goes to the children.

This deadly AES disease, which has risen from the night of June 5 this year, has so far taken 57 children in this season, while 143 children are undergoing treatment. In the last one week, the death of 36 children in spinning fever has also hit the health department and the central team is on a tour of Muzaffarpur.

US and England team could not find the virus of the virus

After AES years the mysterious puzzle remains. The team of experts from America and England could not even identify the reasons. The CDC America team continued to investigate the symptoms but could not detect the virus. The team's leading member Dr. James came many times. Camp camp collects blood samples of children

JE, NIEPA, Intro Virus, Silverpura and Westnil Virus etc. were researched. But, the virus was not found. Here, the team of NICD Delhi also researched the virus with similar symptoms. However, the team could not reach the bottom of the illness.

-Sampled collection of blood, urine, and spine water of sick children.

                        - RamRI Patna, Pune, CDC Delhi and Atlanta team conducted research by collecting sample. However, the cause of the disease was not known in the report.

The biggest question-what is the rain

In the last 10 years, AES snatched the lives of hundreds of innocents. The biggest thing is that the disease comes in the heat and between April and June every year, this disease takes a fearful form between high temperature and excessive moisture. After that, as soon as it rains, its outbreak is reduced. It is also a matter of thinking that the rains should not be treated, but the reason for this should be known.

                        Rain relief from regular intervals

Statistics show that in the year April to June, there was no rain, more children died. In 2012, 336 children were affected. 120 of them died At the same time, the number of affected people reached 342 in 2014. 86 of them died

For the last three years, in these periods, lightly accurate, regular intervals have resulted in less death of children. In 2016 and 17, four children died and 11 children died in 2018. This year is not equal to rains.
This is the reason that 44 innocent people have died so far.

                        Health Department also looks negligent

The biggest question on the death of children is that there is no specific information about this disease so far. Doctors say repeatedly as soon as treatment, as soon as the cure. But, where and how to treat? At the local level primary health centers have been paralyzed. They are referring to patients with symptoms of AES, they are referring from outside. There is no other option except to come to the city near the parents. And, it is too late to get here.

Disease took a terrible appearance in 2012

In the year 2012, the disease took a terrible appearance. More than three hundred children are sick 120 of them died In the next two years, there has been a series of deaths. But, the numbers are still intimidating. In the year 2014, the then Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan visited the district. The then Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi also came.

                        Scope of disease

There is a growing scope of this disease which is taking place in the eyes of innocents. In addition to the districts of North Bihar, it has spread to the lowlands of Nepal. The districts which are affected include Muzaffarpur, Eastern Champaran, West Champaran, Shivar, Sitamarhi and Vaishali.

Loose the clothing of the body in a state of shine or shine.

Do not wrap the table in a blanket or hot cloth.

Do not close your child's nose.

Do not give anything in the mouth in the absence of light or shiny conditions.

-Don't waste time in the dizziness of the spark, take it to a nearby health center.

What is the sparkle fever or AES

The truth is that after many research, neither the cause of the disease nor the security of the rescue could be ascertained. Treatment is based on similar symptoms of illness. Due to this, it was named AES (Acute Encephalitis Syndrome) or Encephalopathy. However, in the local language, this disease is called a sparky fever.

                        CM also expressed deep concern

Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, also expressed deep concern over the matter on Monday and asked the Principal Secretary of Health Department to pay full attention to this. CM had said that the government is worried about the death of children and how it is dealt with, the work is going on?

State Health Minister gave cleanliness, said-no death from AES

Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey has described the reasons for these deaths as hypoglycemia as AES. Mangal Pandey had said on Monday that death of 11 children has been confirmed so far, but no child has died from AES or Encephalitis so far. He said that 10 out of 11 children died from hypoglycemia while one child died from Japanese encephalitis.

The 100 bed Encephalitis ward in BRD Medical college is not admitting Encephalitis patients. They are referred to a new ward - which is already full - to show the illness is not JE or referred to Lucknow. Patients from Bihar and Nepal are turned away. (2/n)

BRD Medical College in Gorakhpur is not releasing any data related to the number of patients admitted in the hospital or the number of deaths. Even RTIs related to these queries are not answered since months. (3/n)
