    Two children died from high fever and diarrhea died on Friday night in SKMCH during treatment. Both were being treated with PICU. The deceased were identified as Vijaya Kumari, 8, daughter of Shiv Chandra Rai, resident of Ashar village of Mushahari, and daughter of Lalbaab Paswan, resident of Narma village of Hathori police station, Suhani Kumari (5).

    The winner, Kumari, was admitted to the condition of an unconscious on Tuesday night while Suhani was admitted in the morning on Friday. The families of both of them said that the girls were having diarrhea with high fever.

    On the same day, four children have been admitted on the complaint of high fever. All three are being treated in PICU. Among them, Raushan, son of Pappu Sahni, resident of Dharmpur village of Meenpur, son of Santosh Kumar, son of resident of Dharmpur, and resident of Moi, Moitim's son Mo Sachindra Kumar, son of Dharmendra Bhagat, resident of Gaus Nagar village of Sohail and Sitamarhi, Runnisaadpur.

    Here, SDMCH's Department of Pediatric Disease, Dr. Aravind Kumar and Specialist Dr. Gopal Shankar Sahni said that both the girls were brought under severe condition. The Pathological inquiry of Suhani was not done while the report of the winner did not clear the disease.

    Two girls suffering from spleen-fever death

    Two children with a spoon-fever died in SKMCH on Tuesday morning. Both of the girls belonged to Sitamarhi district. He was admitted to unconscious condition on Monday. Both were being treated in PICU and under treatment as per the protocol fixed.

    One of the deceased was identified as Mohi of Biswas village of Surasand in Sitamarhi district. Najre Alam's five-year-old daughter Nurjahan Fatma was there. In this, two including Baidyanath Singh (55) of Ahiyapur have died. The CCU, ICU and PICU are full of patients suffering from this disease. Patients coming from this are being treated by placing them in the Emergency and General wards. Dr. of Infant Department Pradeep Sharan, Dr. UC student and Dr. of the Department of Medicine RN Singh and Drs. Satish Kumar Singh said that the outbreak of the disease has increased due to the changing weather. Children and the elderly suffer the most. Pollution, smoke and foul smell are also the main reasons. Superintendent of SKMCH, Drs. SK Shahi said that the doctors of the Department of Drugs and Pediatrics have been alerted in view of increasing patients with the change in weather. Proper treatment is available for patients arriving at the hospital.
