Two patients on one bed in Amroha's hospital
Bureau / Amar Ujala, Amroha Updated Mon, 17 Sep 2018 01:40 AM IST

The number of fever patients in the hospitals is increasing every day. With the increasing number of patients, resources on hospitals have reduced. Due to this, patients are discharged the next day. So that other patients can be admitted in the wards. Despite this, two or two patients have to be recruited on beds in wards. Employees have been deployed in three shifts to take care of patients, but employees are being treated negligently in the treatment of patients. Many times, patients get missing from employee duties if there is a problem.
On Sunday, God was confident that the recruitment of feeds and patients suffering from other diseases in the ward of the district hospital were trustworthy. There are more crowds of patients in the ward than the patients. There were not many sheets on many fairs. Some were on the way even in a dirty condition. For medicines, patients were seen looking for the staff posted on the tired duty.

In the meantime, there was no other information about the employees who were absent from duty. Three-three employees have been deployed in three shifts to take care of patients. But patients have to find them after having problems. In some wards, the presence of dirt was also highlighting the negligence of the staff; on the other hand, more than half a dozen dogs sitting outside the wards were witnessing disorder in the district hospital.

Hockey in the district, doctors celebrate Sunday
So far, dozens of people have died since fever in the district. Even after this the health department has become careless.
Shahjahanpur: Due to the fever in the district, so many people have died. Even after this, the doctors posted in the Health Department and the district hospital are not showing serious symptoms. This situation is when there are two two ministers in the district. Even after this, health services are showing fourfold. Due to Sunday, doctors do not sit in OPD. While the number of patients in the hospital, hundreds of thousands of patients are fever. Due to lack of treatment, patients have to return to desperate condition.

There is fear in people because of the fatal fever. This is the reason why there is a government hospital or a lot of private patients. People in the countryside are being forced to treat Jhalachapra. So far, 45 people have died in the district due to fever. Thousands of people are treating in government and private hospitals. Critical patients have been referred to Bareilly Higher Center. Despite this, there is no visible impact on the health department of the district.

                Recommendations for beds and noses

Timarders have to recommend the patient to get the beds. Which does not move. He starts knocking down the hospital staff for the bed. There are some patients waiting for their turn to quietly get the beds. Number of such patients comes after 12-12 hours. Patients continue to moan on the stretcher. When beds are empty, stomachs start to confront them for their patients.

Treatment Begins Late While Not Finding

Until the patient gets a stretcher to lie down. Her treatment does not begin. When the patient is not found anywhere, they are forced to lie on the ground. The relatives look forward to treating the doctor. Then he goes somewhere and starts treatment.

The number of patients is increasing continuously. Extra bed is also full. Attempts are made to recover the patient soon. So that beds can be empty. The doctors have instructed that the serious patient should be admitted first.

In order to overcome infectious diseases, the District Health Department has already proved to be a failure, due to which 185 deaths have been done so far, even the DG had to face dehydration.

The Lucknow team for the last eight days and Delhi's team has been in Badayun for two days. Even after this, infectious diseases are not being controlled in the district. It has been made clear that the Lucknow team of Delhi Lucknow has been engaged only in catering. This is the reason that the team of Delhi Lucknow has failed and continues the process of death. These deaths are going to be almost a month. With this the people are getting disturbed and the resentment is growing.

Delhi and Lucknow teams were active on infectious diseases on Sunday in the district. Even after this, 15 people died due to fever in the district and hundreds of people became victims of serious diseases such as fever and malaria. At the same time district administration along with the district administration was also active on infectious diseases on Sunday. The special thing is that even after this death has taken place and death row continues. The government had suspended the CMO Dr. Asharam after the uncontrollable infectious diseases in the district, after which the government had suspended it, on this, the government had sent two teams from the government level eight days earlier.

Two days ago two teams of Delhi have come. But all these teams are being reported to the government on a daily basis and better reporting is being given in their report showing activation. But what is the reality is that this village is coming out from the deaths in the country. In the district, only photo session is being done in the name of activism, Janata is suffering in the village and death of the people. Now the people are worried about this and the resentment is growing.

Treatment is going on between two children of a woman's private doctor. Their condition remained fragile.

By doing farming and wages, Rameshwar was nurturing his children. Sudden fortune robbed everything of her. He is treating children by borrowing money from the people.

People are forced to go to Jhalakapa due to lack of government-related government system in the area. Talking about village Paratapura, this village is the biggest problem of dirt and water logging. Even after this, the Gram Pradhan did not give any attention to cleanliness. Because of which the disease is spreading and people are losing their lives. Inset

Wow ray! System: When not to be saved from fever, then remembering God

Publish Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2018 01:45 PM (IST)

Bareilly (JnN). Wow ray! The system is awesome ... To say, from the small to the common man to the big things, there is a large army of dictators and officers. But whenever an opportunity comes to pass through some of the system .. Then instead of taking responsibility, every time the failure of our failure is fixed, the other's head is bursting. But this time it has reached ... Even after the death of the deceased in Ruhalakhand and the failure of the people of the moment, they did not care even for the guilty. Due to the dangerous falciparum not being detected, the situation started to tell the situation as a disaster. The official announcement may not have happened yet. But, the mouth of the Divine Disaster Fund has been opened. In the affected village of Phalasepermum infection, the princes have been asked to spend 5000 rupees to cope with the situation.

                    Wiwax launches with falciparum

Badlun is the worst condition in Ruhalakhand and then bad of Bareilly. Most of the deaths have occurred here. This is the reason, Bareilly's administration at the moment has played a game of disaster rather than better health services. DM, CDO, SDM and three ADM sat together with the heads of six blocks on Sunday not seeing the situation.

                    - Sleeping first, now remembered fund

Experts have reported that this condition of illness is thriving by dirt. Therefore, proper arrangements for cleanliness in the village should be done. Asha, Pradhan's Rural Health Sanitation and Nutrition Committee and ANM and Pradhan's Antide Fund will be utilizing Rs.1000-1000. At the time of the disaster, help to save the lives of the villagers of affected villages who have been hit by the infection by removing 5000 rupees from the account of the village fund. However, the fund which is now focusing on cleanliness in the administration village, it comes annually. Instead of spending money on cleanliness in the village, this fund has become ports.

                    - It will be done

The fund will have to arrange the princes to stop the reproduction of mosquitoes, arrange for transport to take sampling from the villages, purchase disinfectant and bleaching powder, and arrange for sending patients to the Higher Center. Also buy fogging machines and two spray machines. Spraying insecticides will kill mosquitoes. There will be cleanliness in the villages.

                    - Transition spread in dozens of villages of Bareilly and Badaun

The infection is spread in dozens of villages of Bareilly and Badayun. This is the reason that 400 people have died in the division so far. This is continuously increasing instead of the outbreak. In Badayun too, preparing the efforts of the princes to try to deal with the situation.

                    - Treatment with the identification of illness

Commissioner Ranvir Singh says that the outbreak of malaria has happened. This problem is not new. This is the problem of the world. There were cases before, but their identity could not be known. Treatment is being done with the diagnosis of disease. There is no lack of resources to control it. Manpower is also sufficient. This is not a divine disaster.

                    - Contact the doctor immediately after showing signs, death may be possible even if you do not get treatment from time to time.

Dengue is not a test kit, I do not know about it. Although the patient's platelets are low, they are detected by blood tests. If the kit is not there then it will be ordered.

                        • From these reports it is very hard to decipher geography, and diagnosis. Granted that there has been floods, and there is both typohoid and malaria - but many of these deaths do not sound like either of these due to both speed of time of death from becoming ill, and the absence of other descriptors.. but it certainly seems that things are worsening in terms of numbers of deaths etc. Is there geographical spread or is this limited to a specific region within UP? Just trying to make sense of all these reports and whether there is a possible problem of larger proportions brewing here?

The majority of reports come from an area to the west of an imaginary diagonal line from Bahraich in the center north to Mahoba in the south. There have been almost 17,000 confirmed cases of Plasmodium Vivax and 1,100 confirmed cases of Plasmodium falciparum Malaria & 2,500 confirmed Dengue through August. The true number of cases is probably an order of magnitude larger. There has also been at least one confirmed fatal case of H1N1 and therefore likely H3N2 is active also. Diphtheria has been confirmed in 80 patients who went for treatment in Delhi hospitals, 12 of whom died. There is no question that at least several hundreds of fatalities have occurred in the past two months, but I really don't think that it is anything exotic or mysterious. It's the usual suspects with the common theme being an under resourced healthcare system that just cannot cope with the influx of patients. UP has a population of around 200 million. The death auditors, for whatever reason, tend to minimize the official figures and lots of undiagnosed deaths will be classified as sepsis or organ failure without identifying the original pathogen thus reducing the overall number of infectious disease deaths. One of my concerns is that some of these cases are deaths by encephalitis which are being treated at the district level this year, but not being tallied centrally.

In the official records located here: https://nrhm-mis.nic.in/hmisreports/...d_reports.aspx 1.27 million babies have died in UP in the first day of their life so far this year. The really sad part about this is that I believe that this number is a mistake. In the district by district breakdown located here: https://nrhm-mis.nic.in/hmisreports/...d_reports.aspx most districts report between 0 and 80 infant deaths, Kaushambi district reported 1.27 million. But nobody has noticed this massive and shocking error. It has not thrown up any red flags, nothing. The data is being collected and entered without any overseeing agency analysing the reports to create a mechanism to deal with the information available. 2,664 children under 5 have died from pneumonia, diarrhoea & measles. So when you see a centrally compiled NVBDCP report that says there have been 164 cases of Dengue & 0 fatalities in UP this year http://nvbdcp.gov.in/index4.php?lang...d=431&lid=3715 , it is largely BS. Likewise for the other statistics being provided officially.
