Ahmedabad: A flu alarm has been rung in Junagadh. 53 birds have died in what is suspected to be an outbreak of H5 avian flu in Manavadar.

According to sources of the Ahmedabad Mirror, the officials are tensed because the suspected virus has the potential to infect humans as well. The range forest officer informed his seniors about the case. The samples of dead birds are being sent for examination to look into the cause of death...
