Just UNBELIEVABLE!!! A "kill list" ?
We condemn state sponsored assassination. Everyone has the right to an open and fair trial. This is for ALL HUMANS, even humans that are suspected to be guilty of gross atrocities.
from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
"Article 10.
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him."
A very sad and tragic situation. If the US is lost as a standard bearer for human rights, then which countries are left standing?
Secret panel can put Americans on "kill list'

American militants like Anwar al-Awlaki are placed on a kill or capture list by a secretive panel of senior government officials, which then informs the president of its decisions, according to officials.
