Lampedusa, today one thousand migrants have already landed. Two other boats arriving. From midnight to now have almost a thousand, to be precise 977, people landed on the island of Lampedusa on board boats. Said the commander of the local Harbor Master Antonio Morana. On the dock of the pier Favaloro, hundreds of immigrants waiting to be stationed in behavior in different shelters and then, as in these days, be moved elsewhere by air or ship.

Una situazione drammatica che ha spinto il governo a decretare lo stato di emergenza umanitaria. Secondo Frattini occorre mobilitare i Paesi del Mediterraneo e dell'Unione Europea che si faccia carico della redistribuzione. Unhcr: sorprende che il Cie di Lampedusa sia chiuso.

Lampedusa, 13-02-2011 - Non si arrestano gli sbarchi di immigrati a Lampedusa. Quattromila extracomunitari, in gran parte tunisini, sono sbarcati negli ultimi quattro giorni. L'ennesimo barcone, carico di un numero ancora imprecisato di migranti, sta entrando nel porto dell'isola questa mattina. Altri sbarchi si sono avuti nel corso della notte, fino alle prime luci dell'alba. Anche oggi il mare e piatto, c'? il sole, e questo favorisce la traversata dalle coste africane ...
